Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our studio within seven business days. We use DHL Express internationally and a local courier for domestic deliveries. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

We offer free shipping on all orders above 600€ (or the equivalent in your local currency)

We currently ship to the destinations listed above. Checkout is charged in EUR; local-currency displays are estimates.
Delivery
Delivery time is additional to order preparation and varies by destination. Customs clearance may add time.
Duties and taxes
When an order crosses a customs border, for example on delivery into the EU, import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may apply. They are paid by the recipient on delivery and are not included at checkout, even when shipping is free.
Changes and cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. For withdrawals and returns after dispatch, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy.
