Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Email return@nowar.studio with your order number. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Send your items back within 14 days of notifying us, using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Keep your tracking number and proof of shipment until your return is completed.

Pieces should be unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with their original packaging. Reasonable inspection is allowed. Please pack everything securely.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on availability. Our usual shipping rates and €600 free-shipping threshold apply to replacement items. Any product-price difference will be confirmed beforehand. If your requested piece is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your return notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or proof of return, whichever comes first. Your bank may take additional time to display it.

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.

Import charges paid directly to customs or carriers must be reclaimed from them, where available.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact return@nowar.studio with your order number and, where possible, photos. We’ll arrange and cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping.

Personalised Pieces

Pieces made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where legally permitted.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
