Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at return@nowar.studio to confirm that your return is eligible and to receive the return address and instructions.

Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unaltered and undamaged
  • Returned with all original packaging and components

Items must be packed securely for return shipping, using the original outer shipping box or another protective box suitable for transit.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment.

All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. We recommend keeping your tracking number and proof of shipment until your return has been completed.

Please do not send a return before contacting us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

In these cases, Nowar Studio will arrange and cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability and will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

We cannot guarantee or reserve replacement stock in advance.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges paid directly to local authorities or carriers are not refundable by Nowar Studio.

Custom & Personalised Pieces

Custom-made, personalised or specially modified pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, except where required by applicable law or where the item is faulty.
