Marco Panconesi (b. 1989) is a designer and creative director whose work merges emotion, mythology, and cultural attitudes into a transformative jewelry and object language. Born in Florence, Italy—a region steeped in artistic and historical tradition—his early life was shaped by exploration and discovery, influences that continue to inform his practice today.
A graduate of Polimoda, Panconesi trained at some of the world's leading fashion houses, including Givenchy, Fendi, Cartier, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Balenciaga, focusing on accessories and leather goods. In 2016, he launched his independent jewelry brand, merging the codes of high jewelry inspired by bold forms and imaginative reinterpretations of jewelry traditions. He has since created acclaimed collaborations with Mugler, Gucci, and KWMLS.
In 2020, Panconesi was appointed Design Director at Swarovski, where he leads the creative direction across product categories—bringing his unique vision to a global stage while continuing to evolve the language of jewelry.
